1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described in your order.

  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.

A. Contact our Customer Support Team: Send an email to customer.support@bks3d.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item if it's damaged or defective.

B. Evaluation and Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of its approval. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

C. Return Shipment: Package the item securely, following the provided instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request as follows:

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we will offer a full refund, including the original shipping cost if applicable.

  • If you prefer an exchange, we will send you a replacement item matching your original order's specifications.
